Aerojet Rocketdyne has an immediate opening for a Associate, Quality Analyst to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas .
Under general supervision, the Quality Analyst will perform a variety of documentation related activities including hardware documentation package review and approval. Requires interfacing with multiple disciplines (quality, design, manufacturing engineering, customer and government personnel). Requires general use and application of quality concepts, practices and techniques. This position will support the Supplier Quality Assurance organization in the Receiving Inspection area.

Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each)
75% - Analyzes hardware documentation to verify compliance with purchase orders, engineering drawings, processes, specifications, etc. Investigates discrepancies of received documentation and assists the cognizant SQE in resolution. Assists with, and creates, Receiving Inspection Plans (RIPS). Coordinates MRB activities for hardware at receiving inspection. Creates plans and procedures for, and manages the flow of, hardware build documentation through the receiving inspection cycle. Assist in the corrective action process. Interfaces with internal and external customers; i.e., engineering, manufacturing, supplier, procurement to ensure requirements are met.
15% - Acts as the focal point for tracking Receiving Inspection related Non-conformance and Corrective Action Reports. Creates and maintains databases, queries and reports as required by management
10% - Investigates and reports quality history as requested by quality engineering or Q&MA management.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires U.S. Citizenship or status as a U.S. Person. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

May require the ability to travel by air or auto. May require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coat. These positions may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization.
